WORKOUT LIKE WONDER WOMAN

TRAIN LIKE A SUPERHERO!

Wonder Woman is one of the most beloved characters in all of comic books. Why not aspire to achieve her peak-form body and functionality? (Lasso mastery is optional.) Wonder Woman is an Amazonian. She is a warrior.

This is a fun workout you can try in the gym that incorporates fun with function. The key is intensity. If you want a tough workout, you must be tough on yourself.

Perform the exercises with proper form and powerful intensity. The harder you push yourself in training, the harder you will be able to push yourself when you need to use the skills you’ve practiced in training.

Now let’s get into the video:

MUAY THAI IS A HOME RUN!

Immersing one self in Muay Thai can be a peaceful and even truly spiritual journey for nak muay of all levels of experience. But there may come a time when some jerk will try and ruin our enjoyment of Muay Thai.

This jerk may come in the form of a man with a baseball bat trying to reduce the Art of 8 Limbs to the Art of 7, 6, 4, 2, or however few limbs he desires.

But we’re not letting some moron with a baseball bat hurt us. Jason Lee shows up the way to protect our zen (by kicking someone’s ass):
