Motivation and discipline are like peanut butter and chocolate – it’s an unbeatable combination! To get up, we need motivation, but to complete our task, discipline is all that matters. . .
THE MUAY THAI GUYS PODCAST – Ep. #93
If you rely exclusively on motivation to get your work done, you probably won’t finish much at all.
What if you only went to the gym when you felt like it? That wouldn’t be good. That’s why we have to have a vision to pump our motivation back up and discipline to make sure that we stay on that path.
This is a tough sport that we’re doing; it can wreck our bodies and minds at the same time. Still, we have to always remember to put in the work.
Paul had an awesome epiphany when he was watching Lion Fight 40, I have thoughts of my own as well, so we’re going to get right into it!
