No one benefits from injuries. They can keep you from training and doing what you love to do. Then, once you’re back to training, you’re playing catch up to get back to where you were before. Not only did you stop progressing, you also lost progress.

Well… not always. There is a way to train around injuries and to make sure you’re making as much progress possible even if you have whatever injury you have! An injury can be an opportunity for you to reassess your training and overall game to see what you can improve. Paul and I will show you how to make the most of any injury you encounter!
