So my most recent fight was a tough one. I was knocked down in the 4th, but I got myself together and managed to land a knockout in the 5th round. I was pushed to my limits, but that’s exactly why this victory feels so sweet. Because I was pushed to my limits, I get an even better reward.
Heart is one of the most important aspects of fighting and training. Fighting is hard, but the toughest part about fighting is the training. From the walkout to the knockout, fights can be over within half an hour. That’s just a portion of the time we might spend in a single workout.
If having heart helps you train, can you train the heart? Yes, you can.
