Here at Nak Muay Nation, we take Muay Thai pretty seriously. We train hard for the fights that are coming up, as well as for the fights we’ve yet to sign on the dotted line. We push ourselves – physically, mentally, and even spiritually, to be better nak muays. Stronger, faster, smarter, better. And let me tell you: if you come to one of our upcoming Nak Muay Nation Muay Thai training camps in 2019, you’re going to experience the exact same authentic nak muay training style!

But let’s break it down for a second. If we’re training, day in and day out, endlessly until our muscles ache and our bodies beg for mercy… what motivation do we have to return to the gym the very next morning? The motivation exists, because we are strong individuals willing and able to push ourselves out of our comfort zones, but that hunger for self-improvement may be a little discouraged in the face of the previous day’s brutal session!

That’s why at every Nak Muay Nation training camp, we have FUN. We get to know one another over drinks, games and many, many laughs. We rip through jungles on ATVs and challenge ourselves and one another in hilarious competitions. We relax and rehabilitate our bodies with restorative yoga and healing downtime so the next morning, when the wake-up alarm rings and it’s time to get on the mats, your body doesn’t cry out “stop! stop!” – it begs for more!
