I don’t know about you, but I LOVE eggs.
Almost every morning I’ll eat eggs in one form or another. Scrambled, over-easy, omelet… the list goes on and on, especially when you start mixing in different vegetables like broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and jalapeños.
