A Short, Intense Core Circuit Workout
You know just like I do that having a strong core is essential to being stronger and a more complete fighter.
This abs and core workout circuit video below is one of the many variations I do after a tough training session. Although I usually do this post-training, it can also be done as a separate core workout on it’s own… however, I’d definitely recommend doing more than just this! Give it a look and see if it’s a workout you’d like to add to your routine:
