How To Throw The Thai Style Superman Punch

The superman punch is widely known throughout the combat sports and MMA community, but the “Thai style” superman is slightly different than the popular technique that most people know.

In MMA, you often see fighters telegraph and overthrow this advanced technique, but when it’s thrown properly with crisp technique you can see some devastating KO’s. For Muay Thai, you can still use the “MMA style” superman punch, but if you add this one minor difference to your striking it can catch your opponent off guard to land a brutal punch!
