Pornsanae Sitmonchai: My Life as a Fighter

What It Means To Have A True Warriors Spirit

Kru-Pornsanae-FP-001Pornsanae Sitmonchai is one of the few fighters who truly embodies the warrior spirit.

He’s been one of my favorite Muay Thai fighters every since I got into the sport because of his tenacity, will to win and HUGE heart. If you’ve watched any of his fights, you would know exactly what I am talking about.

His vicious low kicks and hands of stone were his two deadliest weapons that he used to KO his opponents while climbing the rankings of top stadiums.

Speaking of which, Pornsanae has won multiple championships including titles at Lumpinee (twice), Rajadamern, Omnoi and the WBC… all which are very prestigious, tough titles to win. Not only that, but he wins them in style too!

I was fortunate enough to interview him during my stay at Evolve MMA in Singapore and he spoke about how he made it a point to be an exciting fighter that everyone wanted to watch. When I interviewed other fighters like Sagetdao, Nong-O and other Muay Thai legends, they all spoke about how Pornsanae was one of their favorite fighters because of his aggressive, no-holds-barred style of fighting which made him respected in the Muay Thai community by fans and fighters alike.

After finishing his career, Pornsanae made the move to Evolve to pass on his passion and knowledge for the sport. Learn more about the story behind this living legend in their recent blog post:
